Job Description

Role: Camunda BPM Designer/Developer
Technical Skill Set Required: Camunda Design and Development, Camunda Full Stack (Java, Spring Boot)
Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years
Location of Requirement: Bangalore

Desired Competencies

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of designing and implementing Camunda BPM processes.
  • Technologies: Proficiency in web services (SOAP/REST), messaging (JMS/MQ), and databases (Oracle/MySQL).
  • Development & Integration: Expertise in Camunda design and development, including process flows, testing, and integration techniques.
  • Process Monitoring: Ability to monitor and analyze process behavior in a runtime environment.
  • Camunda Modeler and Process Engines: Experience in operating and monitoring the Camunda Modeler and Process Engines runtime environment and services.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and experience in client interactions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multi-stakeholder environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Banking Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations and processes.
  2. International Experience: Experience working for international clients or in multi-vendor/multi-geography teams.

Camunda BPM Designer/Developer Role

The role of a Camunda BPM Designer/Developer at TCS involves capturing business requirements and providing optimal solutions for Camunda. This includes replacing existing implementations on TIBCO iProcess and Businessworks, developing and testing process flows using Camunda development and integration techniques, and monitoring and analyzing process behavior in a runtime environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Requirement Capture: Understand and capture the business requirements and provide optimal solutions for Camunda BPM processes.
  2. Process Development: Develop and test process flows using Camunda development and integration techniques.
  3. Integration Techniques: Implement web services (SOAP/REST), messaging (JMS/MQ), and database integrations (Oracle/MySQL).
  4. Process Monitoring: Monitor and analyze process behavior in a runtime environment.
  5. Camunda Modeler and Process Engines: Operate and monitor the Camunda Modeler and Process Engines runtime environment and services.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members in a diverse and multi-stakeholder environment.
  7. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Camunda design and development, web services (SOAP/REST), messaging (JMS/MQ), and databases (Oracle/MySQL).
