Responsibilities of the Role

In the Voice Support role, your main tasks include:

  • Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting data collection efforts to aid in the recovery of end-user accounts.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of client processes and policies.
  • Reproducing customer issues and escalating product bugs as necessary.
  • Exhibiting a capacity for critical thinking and analysis to resolve customer issues.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications We Seek in You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (except Law)
  • Freshers are eligible to apply.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong probing and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends.
