Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyst & Senior Analyst (US HR Operations):
- Qualification: Any graduate (BA/B.Com/B.Sc, MA, M.Com, MBA, PGDM)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in US HR Operations is mandatory
- Location: Pune
- Responsibilities: Maintaining quality service, defining objectives, developing systems and policies, staff management, compliance, audit management, report generation, and more.
- Non-Voice Process (Freshers):
- Qualification: Graduation (MBA candidates only), passed out years 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024
- Responsibilities: Excellent English communication, basic knowledge in Excel and computer, flexible to work from office, in rotational shifts, immediate joiners preferred.
